Hopefully : Hopefully you called the poison control center or received some other advice. Plavix and tylenol (acetaminophen) (acetamenophen) are two totally different medications. Assuming your friend is otherwise healthy without a significant drinking history, taking a mildly excessive amount of tylenol (acetaminophen) one time probably will not hurt her. However, she should abstain from tylenol (acetaminophen) containing products for the rest of the day.
