An : An arthroscopy is really quite an amazing procedure. It allow the orthopedic surgeon to enter the knee by making small incisions and passing tubes in. Not only can the surgeon view things with a scope/ camera attached to the tube but he or she can also repair damaged parts of the knee. For instance a torn meniscus can be smoothed down or repaired. The cruciate ligaments can be repaired or small pieces of cartilage can be removed from the knee. This is just a sampling.
