Nipple : Nipple soreness and breast pain are very common symptoms and are unlikely to be related to breast cancer, particularly if the findings are diffuse and bilateral (on both sides). If you feel a specific localized finding (one particular area of one breast), this can be appropriate for evaluation by your doctor. At age 26, and if the findings appeared to be reasonably well localized, they are likely to request a breast ultrasound to evaluate further. The description you provide does not seem typical for something worrisome.
