What is causing this? the past few months i have been noticing i bruise very easily. there are bruises all over my legs and i have no clue what they are from. i have not been formally diagnosed but there are suspicions of anemia i have many of the signs.

If : If a patient is having persistent bruising, it should be determined whether they are taking any type of blood thinning medications or herbs. If the patient has persistent bruising, obtaining a blood test would be reasonable so consulting the patient's physician would be appropriate in that situation.
