Yes: I am sorry to hear the circumstances behind this question; and support group(s) can be an integral part of a comprehensive treatment plan; both supportively and therapeutically. I do not know where you hail from so i would refer you to your local physician, mental health provider, health insurance company and/or medical society as they can point you in the right direction!
