I : I am so sorry that you are so miserable! there are a number of options for hot flushes. Every one of them has risks and benefits. Certainly hormone therapy can help hot flushes but has some risks in terms of your heart and breast cancer. Clonidine can be particularly helpful for night time hot flushes. Anti-depressants can also be used to help with hot flushes, even if you are not depressed. You don't have to be miserable!
