You : You need to present to an urgent care or emergency room. The fact that you "can't get enough air" is worrisome. You may be dealing with pneumonia or bronchitis. Tuberculosis is unlikely since you underwent 9 months of treatment. However, you need to see a doctor to get a diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Good luck.
