If : If you are on the pill and have been using it correctly (taking it everyday at the same time everyday), then you have a less than 1% chance of being pregnant. What is more likely is that you may be on a low estrogen birth control pill which can cause light spotting or missed periods. If you are concerned that you might still be pregnant, you should take a pregnancy test 1 week after the light period/spotting for 97% accuracy.
