Hello. : Hello. Orchitis can present with swelling and purple discoloration of testicle. Testicular torsion can present with swelling and purple discoloration but is reported to be very painful. You may have an infection. If you don't get treatment it could become worse. Fort lauderdale is a large area. You could look into sliding fee or free clinics in the area.
