I have been getting blisters on my vagina, and recently i have noticed a slightly raise brownish dot. i am not sexually active but i am worried it could be serious?

Blisters : Blisters on the vagina are worrisome. You could be dealing with herpes. Herpes can be contracted in other ways beside sexual contact, so this still needs to be ruled out. As far as the raised "brownish dot" this could simply be a common mole aka nevus. It is difficult to say without actually examining you myself. Please see your doctor fo a complete evaluation.
