Why is my sternum sore if i push just a little on it it hurts it also sticks out some also it has been this way for a very long time

This : This is an issue that warrants medical evaluation. You could be dealing with a sternal mass, or just be dealing with a prominent sternum. An x-ray or ultrasound of the area will give more clues as to the diagnosis. Good luck.
