It's : It's ok but i would prefer to see you use a sonicare children's electric toothbrush. The head is smaller and it will do a great job. You're lucky he likes any toothbrush so go for it!

Great!: Just make sure it has a small head to fit better into child's mouth. Should brush 2 full minutes by the clock with a pea-sized portion of tooth paste. Then you should check him and brush any areas he may have missed. He also needs to be flossed, a toothbrush can't get between teeth. Floss him daily. Toothbrush will not harm baby teeth, not brushing and flossing will. Go for it!
