I'm 5 weeks pregnant i had some symptoms for some days but suddenly it stopped i don't have any cramps or bleeding but i'm very scared could it e bad?

Possibly: Sometimes loss of pregnancy symptoms is the first sign of miscarriage. However, pregnancy symptoms vary a great deal. Until you start bleeding, i would be hopeful. An ultrasound around 6 weeks will usually give you the answer.
