Stomach(especially upper part)is really balloon-like bloated.been for a few months now.no blood or mucus in poop.no weightloss and good appetite. why?

..Gaseous Distention: 31 y/o female says Upper Stomach 'really balloon-like bloated'. Sounds like gaseous distension. If no pain and asymptomatic as stated one could consider exercises to help relieve the bloating, and consider elimination of gas producing items from diet . Of course one can always see a gastroenterologist to settle diagnosis if one is worried or concerned.
