Hello. : Hello. These are interesting symptoms. I know that you said that you have googled it to try to determine the cause. Have you been evaluated for it? Your symptoms are complex and unusual. They really can't be adequately assessed through an email format. It sounds like it is not exclusively occurring while asleep, when falling asleep or when waking from sleep.(?) i suggest a comprehesive neurological evaluation if one has not already been done. If symptoms occur just prior to falling asleep or as you are waking up, a polysomnogram (sleep study) would be a valuable diagnostic tool. If these are negative, then a psychiatric evaluation might prove helpful. Take care.
