What should you expect once diagnosed with vulvar cancer?

Depends: What to expect depends on the stage (ie extent) and location of your disease. Sometimes cases are managed with just surgery and other times they are managed with radiation and/or chemotherapy and sometimes they are managed with all three.

Vulvar cancer: At your age, most likely you have severe dysplasia (pre-cancer). It will be treated by laser ablation or local resection. Healing will take 6-8 weeks.
