Vulva: Vulvar cancers may present with pain, itching, discoloration, ulceration, change in color or texture, and other ways. These changes are quite common and don't imply cancer. Changes that you may notice to your (or another's) vulva should be discussed with a gynecologist or primary care doctor for a prompt work up, including a thorough related history, physical exam and possible biopsy.
