Sure: Vulvar cancer is not generally debilitating, although you may miss some work if and when you have surgery for the cancer. At that point your surgeon will specifiy any restrictions.

Depends: That depends on your symptoms and the kind of work you do. If your symptoms are tolerable with the kind of work you do, should be no problem. If you operate machinery but are using narcotic pain meds, prob bad idea.
