That : That is a very good question. It turns out that at least in females with ms, a higher percentage do have migraine. Yes, definitely: About 52% of ms patients suffer migraine headaches and there seems to be a general relationship, but, if there are lesions in the periaqueductal brainstem region, the headache incidence goes up four-fold. This is readily managed with appropriate migraine preventative measures, and your regular neurologist will manage this easily.
