The : The breasts are like the rest of the body in that they sag with age. The structures that support the breast become stretched and weaker. Sagging can be exacerbated by childbirth, genetics, stretch marks on the breast skin, weight gain, and weight loss. It's normal for the breasts to sag with age and, unfortunately, there are no magic pills or creams or massage techniques that produce results comparable to having a breast lift.

Magic : Magic lotions or potions for the breasts are sold, but they don't exist in reality. I am afraid surgery is the only solution for saggy breasts.

Breast Lift Surgery: The only way to effectively lift and reshape a breast is with surgery. Consult a plastic surgeon to understand the technique(s) utilized, the subsequent scarring, and the risks and benefits of surgery. You can then decide if breast lift surgery is right for you.

Not without surgery: Workouts, reverse gravitational products and smaller size support bras are the typical things that patients may try but all of them turn to surgical correction by having the excess skin removed and lifting the breasts. See your local plastic surgeon for a consultation.
