Hello. : Hello. This is being answered by a psychiatrist. I have never used mesotherapy but seeing that your question went seven days without being answered i decided to educate myself on the subject. It turns out that mesotherapy is not a standardized procedure. Thus the materials that are injected can vary by doctor and patient. Common ingredients include procaine, isoproteranol and aminophylline. Additionally, plant extracts, amino acids, enzymes, vitamins, mineral and medications can be mixed together. It is an off label procedure since the medications are not approved by the fda for this purpose. I learned a lot from this, i hope you did too. Take care.

Varies widely: There's no standardized recipe. It's not fda approved, so it's basically experimentation on patients without a protocol! most people use some detergent-like substances called phosphatidylcholine or deoxycholine, and may add other ingredients to their cocktail.
