Hello. : Hello. The symptoms of depression can include feeling sad, or anxious, or angry or irritable. You could be sleeping too much or not sleeping enough. Your appetite might change so much that you are either gaining or losing weight. You may feel helpless or hopeless. You might not like your self as much or maybe have lost confidence in yourself. You sex drive could be poor. Not feeling joyful is a hallmark symptoms. Perhaps your energy or motivation levels have dropped. Concentration could be often and you might have more trouble making decisions. Suicidal thoughts can be a very worrisome symptom of depression. If you are having this symtoms, recommend that you see a therapist. Depression is definitely treatable ! take care.
