Well, : Well, yes a change in barometric pressure , or any stress, could probably bring on a meniere's attack. It would be highly unusual for a meniere's attack to last 36 hours. As a matter of fact, by definition, meneire's attacks last less than 24 hours. Do you have fullness in one ear and hearing loss that has gone up and down with attacks? If not, you more likely have migraine associated dizziness, which is frequently confused with meniere's disease, and much, much more likely to last 36 hours, and happen as a result of a change in the weather. Discuss your symptoms with your ent.
