If my otologist tells me i have menieres disease, what should i do? do i just live with it?

Maximize therapy.: There are lots of things you can do. 1. Low salt diet. 2. Control your allergies. 3. Take specific medications such as a fluid pill, prescribed by your doctor. 4. You can also get steroid injections (sounds painful but usually not) into the ear directly to help. 5. Ear operations can be done with varying success.
