This : This situation demand prompt medical attention. You could be dealing with uterine fibroids (benign tumors of the uterus), endometrial (uterine) cancer, miscarriage with retained products of conception, etc. Even more poressing than the cause is the need to rule out anemia. If left untreated anemia can cause death. Please see a doctor right away for work up and treatment. Best of luck.
