Pink : Pink eye is an infectious condition. If there is no yellowish or greenish discharge then it is unlikely. However, her age and her symptoms suggest that she may have allergies and it is very important to have her seen by an ophthalmologist to establish the cause of her symptoms.

Your : Your 2 year old sister is too young to fully understand and communicate what is happening to her. I recommend taking her to your local ophthalmologist for an evaluation. It is most likely to be a benign condition but at that age family members have to be a good steward to the toddler.
