What can i do to make a bruse on my lip go away fast? i got hit on the lip and its brused, how do i get rid of it asap?

I : I am sorry that this happened to you. There is no simple way to get rid of a bruise, but cool packs (not to cold or icy as it could damage the skin), and taking advil (ibuprofen) can help. But most bruises last 7 days on average.
