A : A ct scan that includes a ct angiogram would show an aneurysm. Aneurysms are often present with no symptoms. When an aneurysm bleeds, the blood irritates the linings of the brain producing a headache that is very severe. Headache is the most common symptom reported in all of medicine and can have many causes. You don't say why you had the ct scan done, but i assume they told you it was normal. You and your doctor should sit down and try to figure out what is causing the headaches: eye strain, migraine, muscle contraction headaches, etc.
