To : To get a better answer, you need to tell us if these pains come rarely, or frequently, or even several times a day. What you describe could be what is called "cluster headache". A ct scan is a less sensitive test for many kinds of brain abnormality than an MRI scan. You should consult with a neurologist, as dr fowler suggested, and see if you can get an mri.
