I : I agree with dr fowler. In particular, what you describe is typical for a concussion, but you should be checked to be sure that you don't have a more serious kind of injury such as a subdural hematoma or a contusion. Also, if you hit your neck, you should have an MRI scan of the neck to be sure you have not damaged your cervical spine and put your spinal cord at risk. Do not delay in seeking appropriate evaluations.
