When : When is the last time you have had yourself checked by a physician or a dentist? It could be coming from periodontal problems with your gums, which are bleeding because of the inflammation. Or, you can be spitting up blood which is an entirely different issue. Either way you need to see professionals to determine the cause(s) and treatment.

Oral trauma: Kidney problems should not cause this. More likely you are biting your cheeks or lips.
