Button hole: The belly button remains the belly button. However the loose skin surrounding the belly button will be moved. If referring to clothing this would me more similar to moving fabric over a button and making a new button hole to bring out the button. Essentially a new scar will be created surrounding your old belly button in the new skin around the umbilicus. Most of the time this heals well.
