Hello. : Hello. I can't diagnose the reason for your green stool. However, the following may help to explain it. Bile helps to digest food. Bile is green. Normally, while the food is going through the large intestine, the stool tranforms from green to a brown color. However, if the stool transits too rapidly through the large intestine, liquids will not be adequately reabsorbed through the gut and there will not be adequate time for the stool to turn brown. Thus the stool will be liquid or moist and will remain green. P.S some supplements may also cause stool to turn green. Take care.
