Perhaps : Perhaps a Benzoyl Peroxide Gel to the area a couple times per day might help. Maybe also consider a good cover up and i would focus on preventative acne treatments. Read more about acne treatment options at the link below. I hope that helps!

Nosey: If you use toothpaste on your nose do you brush with with coco butter? Use hot compress and antibiotic salve on your nose and clean with seabreeze astringent

Coco Butter better: I am not sure that the fda has approved colgate or clagate for pimple destruction. Please read the label carefully and consult a dermatologist.
