A : A blood HCG test is very accurate. It tells you what the level is that day. Since you continue to not have a period i think you should see your ob/gyn and get an e2, p4, and another HCG test with the plan that your doctor will call you back or see you as soon as the results are back. They can then tell you exactly what is happening and make a plan for your treatment. If you want to get pregnant then they can start medications to help you ovulate. If you do not want to get pregnant, then they can put you on medications like a birth control pill to give you regular cycles.

Blood test: A blood test for HCG level would settle the issue at three weeks after a missed period. Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, and get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health! Nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
