Don't do it: Smoking marijuana is associated with spontaneous pneumothorax. Furthermore, the technique commonly practiced in smoking marijuana can exacerbate an already existing pneumothorax. That is, the deep, sucking in inhaling practice followed by "holding it in" would be dangerous.
