Well, : Well, the good news is that the likelihood that they are an std is pretty low since it started in your preteens and you've never had sex (assuming you have not done oral, vaginal, or anal sex). Unfortunately, without an examination, i can't really say what they are. You should give your doctor a call if they are changing or really bothering you.
