Not to worry...: Without the benefit of examining you, i would guess that you have a condition known as ppp, or pearly penile papules. This is a totally benign condition and requires no treatment. If you are concerned, see you doctor for a proper evaluation.

Need exam: It's probably pearly papules - check out pictures on internet. These are benign. Could also be sebaceous cysts which are also benign. Either way you can get checked out by a urologist. You can't get an std if you keep it in your pants.
