Hello, : Hello, if you have brisk vaginal bleeding you need to be urgently evaluated to ensure that is not a tear in the placenta. Sometimes bleeding with cramping at 11 weeks can represent a miscarriage. A dropping HCG count in your blood or an ultrasound, should be able to give more defintive information about the health of your pregnancy. Take care.
