Hello. : Hello. I can't diagnose your symptoms. However, your eustacian tube (tube that goes from the inside of the ear and empties into the throat) may be closed off. That can create the sense of pressure and may be causing the ringing (tinnitus). Hydrate well. Consider use of an oral decongestant. You might also consider using a product like afrin (oxymetazoline) which is sprayed in the nose. Make sure that you don't use it more often that twice a day for a max of 3 to 5 days. Your symptoms may be the result of congestion.
