This can ge due to higher venous pressure from lying down or maybe an allergy to something in your bedroom. Try sleeping with your head elevated. Try an over the counter allergy medicine, as long as you do not have a llergy to them. Loud music can cause the feeling of ear plugging and also ringing in the ears. This can also resolve 24-48 hours afterwards, but can later add up to a permanant hearing loss.
