Bumps : Bumps on the rectum can be many things. On the outside by the anus a small bump could be a thrombosed hemorrhoid, however many other serious conditions can present as a bump on your rectum like cancer. If you are young cancer is less likely... Your best course of action is to have a colon and rectum specialist look at it to make sure that it is nothing serious. You might also need a colonoscopy to make sure there are no other problems on the inside. Sorry if you had more detailed information i would have probably been more able to steer you in a more specific direction.
