There : There is a percentage of women who have decreased symptoms of endometriosis during their pregnancy and even after their pregnancy. These women do get improvement of their symptoms for unknown reason with pregnancy, but it probably has to do with the ratio of hormones and how they affect the endometriomas.

Pregnancy and endo: Pregnancy stops the monthly cycle of hormonal fluctuations that stimulate endometriosis growth. Temporarily, this will set back endometriosis but not cure it. Breast feeding, hormone contraceptives, and menopause all have a reversal effect on endometriosis.
