The : The question is not "if you can get general anesthesia"... You can get general anesthesia for anything even removing a small mole on your skin you can get general anesthesia... But the main issue is that general anesthesia is more risky for you than sedation. It is best to discuss your fear and issues with the surgeon doing your procedure. Good luck.

Don't usually need i: Ask your doctor for a sedative. Local anesthesia is really really good on the eyes general anesthesia is really not required.
