As : As dr. Zweig pointed out, the cement holding the bridge in place may have partially washed away, or it could be that you have periodontal problems on the teeth holding the bridge in place. You need to make a dental appointment for an evaluation.

Please : Please do not waste any more time and get to your dentist immediately! there are several reasons it feels that way and none of them good. It could be the cement is breaking down, an infection, a fractured tooth(this would hurt, though) or periodontal disease(bone loss causing that feeling). If the teeth are already root canal treated, you could have a recurrent infection, loose post, a fractured tooth. Hopefully, it is just cement breakdown, which would result in a simple appointment. The older the bridge, the more chance there is for bigger problems. Call for an emergency appointment...Today. Good luck!

I : I would make an appointment with your dentist and let him look at it. If you are worried enough to post a question online, you need to see your dentist and let him check the bridge. It probably only needs to be recemented. This will also give you peace of mind and you will not continue to worry!

Absolutely : Absolutely see your dentist- soon! if the bridge is moving up and down, even very slightly saliva and other debris is getting under the retainers. This will soon lead to decay and the eventual loss of the bridge.

Depends: Either the cement has loosened up or one of the supporting teeth may be fractured. You should get this checked out asap.

May be loose: Either the teeth that support the bridge may be loose or just one side of the bridge may be loose. You might also have a cracked root. See your dentist and he check if the bridge is actually loose and take x-rays to see if there are problems with the teeth that hold the bridge in.

Get it checked: Your ability to sense something loose in your mouth is very sophisticated, even though you can't verify it with your fingers. The sooner you get it checked out, the better!

Perhaps it is loose!: Get to your dentist right away. Re cementing the bridge may still be possible if the abutment (holding) teeth are still intact.

See a dentist: The bridge or the supporting teeth may be loose. A good evaluation with xrays by a dentist will be required. It appears that the bridge was recently made and it may need to be recemented. If not a new bridge may be needed.

2 possibilities: Either it is loosening on the support teeth or the support teeth themselves are loosening in the bone. It is common for you to sense or feel it sensation wise before you can actually move it , or see it move. Get to the dentist and have it checked clinically and radiographically.

A or B: A: the bridge is loose from the teeth and may need to be recemented. B: the teeth themselves are loose in the bone. Either way you need to see your dentist to propery evaluate the problem.

Go to your dentist: It is very important to know if it is the bridge that is loose or the abutment teeth. Get check before you loose those teeth.
