Weight gain so i have changed my diet, cut out soda and fatty foods and i am still gaining weight. mostly just in the waist. any ideas?

Hello. : Hello. If you have not seen your physician in a while, recommend that you be evaluated to determine if there is any medical reason to explain your weight gain. Sometimes people make the mistake of cutting down on their calories too drastically, this can paradoxically slow down the metabolic rate (and lead to more weight gain). If you aren't already doing it; recommend aerobic activity as well as weight lifting to enhance muscle mass.
