Water soluble: Most water soluble lubricants will work such as K-Y or Astroglide. Do not use vasoline. Some condoms come with pre-packaged lubricant with the condom.

Water based: Best not to use butter, margarine, cooking oils. Vaseline, petroleum jelly or hand/body lotions or creams with latex condoms because it can cause them to break.
