Have : Have std's like genital warts, syphilis, and herpes been ruled out? If you are unsure, make sure you ask your doctor for an std check. Also, since the creams you are using are not working you should follow up with your doctor for a diagnosis and treatment plan. Best of luck.

Sounds: Like you have condyloma accuminata or venereal warts of the penis and anus. These are sexually transmitted and can spread and develop into cancer. Stop using creams and see a colon and rectal surgeon for confirmatory diagnosis and proper treatment.
