If : If it is still not better after what i presume was diflucan, (fluconazole) than you should be re-evaluated. You may need cultures taken. There is topical yeast infection medicine that you can ask your pharmacist about also. If you have any concern about sexually-transmitted infection then please see your doctor. Also, be sure your blood sugar is normal as yeast infections are slightly more common in diabetic patients, though certainly non-diabetic patients can get them.
