You : You may have a bursitis (inflammation of the fluid filled sac overlying the shoulder), or you may have a rotator cuff issue. Please see an orthopedic specialist. You may need physical therapy or even an injection so that you don't get "stiff shoulder syndrome", or "frozen shoulder". You may need an MRI of your shoulder. Please be sure you keep doing gentle exercises so that your shoulder doesn't become frozen.
